About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant/ Co-ordinator to join our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Help onboard new employees, including preparing offer letters, managing documentation, and conducting orientation
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Maintain and update employee records in our HR database
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR-related questions
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and leave management
- Provide support in organizing training sessions and workshops
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or HR software
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
- Previous internship or related experience in HR is a plus.
