Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA professional to lead quality assurance efforts, ensure high-quality releases, and drive both manual and automation testing. The role involves close collaboration with product and engineering teams to improve overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and quality standards
• Perform manual and/or automated testing for web, mobile, and APIs
• Participate in sprint, regression, and release testing
• Identify, track, and resolve defects
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Communicate risks, issues, and quality metrics
• Mentor junior team members and improve QA processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience, including 1–2 years in a lead role
• Strong manual testing skills with knowledge of automation frameworks
• Experience with SaaS products and API testing (e.g., Postman)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
