HR Recruiter (India)

Location: Remote ( Preferable if the candidate location is Bengaluru)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles. Experience in bench recruiting will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Utilize job portals and professional networks, especially LinkedIn, to identify and attract potential candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
  • Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Assist in bench recruiting activities (preferred), including marketing bench candidates and coordinating placements
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts and practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in bench recruiting is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus
  • Experience in testing HRMS modules such as leave management and time sheet systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
