About the Role
We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that create real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React.js, Node.js, Next.js.
• Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, AI Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Design and integrate databases while ensuring efficient data management.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design decisions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development and production environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to products and development processes.
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in quality assurance processes to ensure code reliability.
• Monitor application performance and logging to identify and resolve production issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Full-Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, along with experience using NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and sprint-based workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics or other modern cloud-based data analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience working with AI/ML-powered applications or integrating Generative AI services.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SSO.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and monitoring tools.
